With a background spanning over 12 years in the health and fitness industry - I live and breathe health and fitness.

With a passion for empowering individuals through movement, quality nutrition, and simple lifestyle changes - I am ready to help you become a healthier, happier version of yourself.

AFL
For four years, I dedicated myself as a professional athlete, representing the St Kilda Football Club in the AFL. This journey not only amplified my skills in high-performance training but also instilled in me the mindset of perseverance, hard work, and goal achievement.

University
My desire to learn more about the human body began before my days at St Kilda Football Club and continued in the years thereafter where I completed my Bachelor of Biomedicine specialising in Cardiovascular and Exercise Physiology. This academic foundation enhanced my understanding of the human body, allowing me to tailor fitness and nutrition plans for optimal results. It also provided me with a strong understanding of analysing the latest research studies and scientific papers that are integral to my understanding of human health and ensuring my clients are up-to-date with the latest research.

Trainer
With 10 years of experience as a personal and group trainer, I've had the privilege of working with over 1000 individuals. My approach extends beyond traditional fitness training as I delve into how overall lifestyle impacts health and specific goals. I've contributed my expertise to various fitness environments, including F45 gyms, a boutique personal training studio, and most recently, The Woodshed [so have worked with clients of all lifestyles and acknowledge a one size fits all approach does not work for everyone, each individual has different needs, different desires and although we all want the same outcome of being happy and healthy, we might have to go on a different journey to get there.

Our Services

  • Work in person to make massive improvements in your health from Day 1. We will talk through any past injuries, and assess your current fitness level, mobility, strength, and capability. We will then work together to create a personalised program that will help you achieve your goals.

  • Not everyone can afford multiple PT sessions a week or lives local to a great trainer. Online Coaching is the solution. Work directly with your coach and talk through any health-related questions around sleep, recovery, nutrition, training coaching advice.

  • Through our flagship program ‘Sort Your SH*T’, learn how to: Train effectively, eat to support your goals, improve your sleep quality, develop habits that will last, improve your self-confidence and get fitter.
