The Woodshed has a private Personal Training Studio, which is appointment only, meaning that only clients who are accompanied by a trainer will be in the soace.
The ‘Shed’ also has 2 group training rooms, the Strong Room and HIIT Studio, as well as a warm up and cardio space, two refomers and infrared Saunas.
With ample parking both underground and on the street, training here is a dream.
